Who am I and how can the Psychology of the Enneatypes
support me in understanding myself?

With this online seminar, which is especially dedicated to young adults we like to provide an opportunity for self-awareness and personal inquiry in the light of Dr. Claudio Naranjo`s work for 18 to 35-year-olds. Together we will explore the nine basic character types from the Enneagram of Personality and experience the way of work of the SAT Program through the mind, heart, and body.

Self-exploration at a young age offers the grand opportunity to become clearer about oneself and might be a gate opener for future decision making. Moreover, the questions young seekers are asking are different from those we ask once we are settled in life. Who am I? What would I like to do with my life? How can I find inner peace? What different possibilities of being in this world do I have?

Claudio Naranjo extensively developed the idea that the troubles we are experiencing at a collective level are but a mirror reflecting what is happening inside humans as individuals. In our world that is obviously at a major turning point at the moment, our capacity of being more at peace with ourselves and creating healthy human relationships is becoming more essential than ever. We like to pick up on that notion and offer a space where each participant can explore her/his vitality and way of being in this world. Attending to our inner world with gentle curiosity is possible by becoming more aware of ourselves and by gaining clarity about our own particular (often unconscious) ways of functioning (physically, emotionally, psychologically, and socially).

We will be using the theoretical understanding of the Psychology of the Enneatypes as an entry point to explore our internal mechanism with its dominant feelings, thoughts, and behavioral patterns and learn to understand ourselves better through the practice of awareness, bodywork, and through joyful exercises.

Virtual SAT space:
As a participant, you can get to know the work of the SAT program through meditation, theoretical input, bodywork, and guided exercises from the comfort of your home. We will be working in the big group but also use the technical possibilities of zoom to create smaller group spaces that allow for deeper sharing. There will be enough screen breaks for short tea breaks in between and a two-hour lunch break on the full day. The follow-up day allows for deeper integration of the covered seminar content and offers an opportunity to apply the wisdom of the Enneagram in your everyday life.
