The Enneagram as a path to self-knowledge and vitality The Enneagram of Personality is a precise map, rooted in ancient traditions, that helps us recognize the patterns shaping our thoughts, feelings, and actions – and understand how they influence our relationships.
In this experiential workshop, we encounter the nine Enneatypes in a vivid and practical way. Through mindful bodywork and movement exercises, participants not only gain insight into their own type but also directly sense and embody it. Within the group setting, we discover how enriching it is to see ourselves reflected in others and to explore the deeper motivations behind our behavior.
The workshop is based on the work of Claudio Naranjo, whose approach invites us to perceive, value, and truly understand one another – rather than confining people to rigid categories. This spirit also defines the SAT Program, which integrates modern therapeutic methods with Eastern contemplative practices.

- Experiencing the methods and unique approach of the SAT Program
