The modules of the SAT program
The SAT programme currently consists of four to five modules, each lasting between five and nine days. It enables participants to flourish continuously, both personally and professionally, by cultivating a more authentic and loving attitude towards themselves, others, and the world.
The objectives of the SAT are pursued through different areas of focus within each module. The main themes are:
Developing a deeper understanding of one’s character structures, motivations, and inner conflict dynamics
Transforming limiting personality patterns
Reclaiming spontaneity and authenticity
Healing emotional bonds and relationships
Cultivating mindfulness and contemplative practice
The modules of the SAT program
Although designed as a consecutive process, each module is complete in itself and allows for the integration of its constituent elements. This enables each participant to organise their own path with great flexibility while benefitting from a shared journey with peers.
SAT 1: Self-awareness & Vitality
This module imparts Claudio Naranjo’s pioneering approach to the Psychology of the Enneatypes. Participants will be able to identify the core motivations that influence their lives, as well as to learn about the deeper layers of their personality structure which was formed early on in life.
SAT 2: Healing relationships
In this module, the psychology of the Enneatypes is deepened through the study of subtypes, fixations and virtues.
SAT 3: Intuition and Inner Guidance
This module at the heart of the SAT programme offers a unique teaching on the Psychology of the Enneatypes and the different theories of suffering.
SAT 4: Presence and Transformation
The Journey of the Soul
Following on from the first three modules, SAT 4 offers an in-depth exploration of the experience of transformation specific to each Enneatype.
SAT 5: Collective Perspectives on Transformation
This module provides an original space for sharing and experiencing different contemporary challenges that encompass both our personal and social responsibility.
