SAT 3
Intuition and Inner Guidance

This module at the heart of the SAT programme offers a unique teaching on the Psychology of the Enneatypes and the different theories of suffering. In supervision groups, participants explore both the limitations and the resources of their Enneatypes. The Buddhist meditation practice in this module is rooted in the Vajrayana tradition. It also includes breathwork and movement centred on the three kinds of love, supporting the emergence of a new inner family and a higher state of consciousness.

In this module you will explore:

The Enneagram of Personality in an interpersonal

Personality in an interpersonal and social context:
A specialised teaching that links the Psychology of Enneatypes Enneagram of Personality with contemporary psychology, offered exclusively within the SAT framework.

    A psychotherapeutic laboratory

Around mutual support exercises, supervised observation in small groups enables participants to recognise the interpersonal dynamics and character traits of the Enneatypes that interfere with the helping relationship. This is a particularly valuable learning experience for anyone involved in supporting others.

Meditation opening the path to compassion:

Practices and teachings rooted in Tibetan Buddhism are offered.

      A conscious rebirth:

This ritualised work, centred on the bodily and symbolic dimensions of birth, allows participants to explore the earliest moments of life, to heal perinatal wounds, and to foster a profound inner restructuring that brings meaning and centredness to our Being.
This work is based on Cherif Chalakani’s Nascent Spaces method.
