Through mindful bodywork and movement exercises, participants not only gain insight into their own type but also directly sense and embody it. Within the group setting, we discover how enriching it is to see ourselves reflected in others and to explore the deeper motivations behind our behavior.<br \/>\nThe workshop is based on the work of Claudio Naranjo, whose approach invites us to perceive, value, and truly understand one another \u2013 rather than confining people to rigid categories.
