Thanks to this little \u201cred mask\u201d, we will discover how the fear of \u201cnot belonging to the world\u201d leads us to hide in the depths of our feelings that are ultimately the most shared by all humans.<br \/>\nWe can joyfully celebrate our shame, regain our dignity and enjoy the sweet rest of belonging to the world without having to hide our inner self.<\/p>\n<p>The Clown\u2019s crown jewels:<br \/>\nlistening, trust, presence and freedom,,<br \/>\nwill be embarked on this adventure. The clowns treasure chest will be enriched by spontaneity, imagination, dignity, creativity, music and other wonders.<\/p>\n<p>The proposed work will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Playful exercises on contact dynamics, expression and staging<\/li>\n<li>An initiation with \u201cthe self on stage\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Experiencing the vitality of the inner child<\/li>\n<li>Attending to one\u00b4s one body, feelings and imagination<\/li>\n<li>Listening to others and the group<\/li>\n<li>Exploring really listening to music and to silence<\/li>\n<li>Opening up and Sharing\u2026 Sharing and opening up!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nAlain Vigneau<\/strong> is a clown and theatre director. He was born in France and has been living in Spain since 1989, where he directs the theatre \u00ab\u00a0La Stravagante\u00a0\u00bb, and where he has worked with the international organization \u00ab\u00a0Clowns without Borders\u00a0\u00bb. For several years he has been teaching training courses in art therapy and drama therapy, and leading workshops in South America and Europe that combine clown and psychotherapy (\u00ab\u00a0<a title=\"Clown essencial - Alain Vigneau\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clownesencial.com\/\">Clown essencial <\/a>\u00ab\u00a0).<\/p>\n<p>Many people, during the SAT Program workshops, have met him and gained insight into his exceptional work that is enjoyed and valued by all.
