In addition to our terms and conditions, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with us.
Conditions, Period, and Methods for Exercising the Right of Cancellation
You may cancel your contract within 14 days without providing any justification. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear, written statement of your decision to cancel. You can send your cancellation request via post, email, or fax to the following address:

To qualify for a refund, ensure your cancellation request is sent within the legal withdrawal period, which is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. Once registered, you will receive a copy of your registration data and a confirmation link at the email address you provided.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the specified period, we will acknowledge receipt of your request and process a refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you agree to an alternative method that incurs no additional costs. You may also request that the refunded amount be issued as a “credit note” to apply toward future registrations.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.
Final Provisions
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed within the 14-day withdrawal period, or if you agreed to begin the service and waived your right to withdraw.
If you cancel after the service has partially begun but before the end of the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay a proportional fee based on the work already provided up to the time of cancellation. This amount will be calculated in proportion to the total agreed price in the contract.
