YOU and I – So similar, yet so different?
The Enneagram as a path to self-awareness and vitality in the SAT Programme
The Enneagram of Personality is a precise map, rooted in ancient traditions, that helps us recognise the patterns shaping how we think, feel, and act – and how they influence our relationships.
In this experiential workshop, we will explore the nine Enneatypes in a practical way. Mindful body and movement exercises will allow us not only to understand our type, but to truly sense it. Working in a group helps us experience how enriching it is to see ourselves reflected in others and to connect with the deeper motivations behind our actions.
The workshop is based on the work of Claudio Naranjo, whose approach to the Enneagram encourages us to perceive, appreciate, and understand – rather than label people. This same spirit shapes the SAT Programme, which combines modern therapeutic methods with contemplative practices from the East.
