Each of these retreat centres offers a peaceful, natural setting, designed to host retreats in the best possible conditions, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Among them is Les Jardins Intérieurs, situated in Ardèche.

A natural haven dedicated to inner development

Located in Saint-Privat, in southern Ardèche, Les Jardins Intérieurs welcomes participants in the SAT programme to an unspoilt natural setting, ideal both for inner work and for rest.

Overlooking the Ardèche, this peaceful estate extends through a wooded landscape dotted with ponds, a small lake and a heated swimming pool, inviting relaxation and renewal. The carefully restored eighteenth-century buildings combine warmth, simplicity and comfort to create an atmosphere conducive to concentration and openness.

The accommodation, spread across various buildings, offers simple yet harmonious comfort: single, double or shared rooms, all equipped with en-suite bathroom facilities.

The retreat centre has also been designed with communal living in mind: shared dining and work areas, quiet corners for resting, walks in the park or time spent together by the water… All these features allow you to fully experience the courses offered by the Hoffman Institute and the SAT programme.
